We exist to protect the child who is entering foster care by providing a comfortable landing spot where friendly trained volunteers can care for the child’s physical needs while the CPS worker secures placement and takes care of the many tasks that are required when a child is taken into DHR custody.

We exist to partner with Houston County DHR when a child initially enters foster care as well as housing an additional supervised visitation location for children while they are in foster care. We will partner with organizations already existing in our area to meet overall needs rather than duplicate services.

We exist to provide for a child’s needs when entering foster care. We will house a supply closet containing clothing, suitcases, hygiene items, blankets, toys, and any other items needed to help ease the transition into foster care.
